Export Controls Compliance

It is ISU’s policy to comply fully with all applicable export controls. Failure to comply can result in civil or criminal penalties, including but not limited to, fines, imprisonment, loss of export privileges, debarment, the revocation of previously approved licenses, seizure and forfeiture of goods.

The Company has an obligation to investigate and address reported concerns. Because of the fundamental importance of complying with all applicable export controls, employees who knowingly violate such controls, or this compliance policy, are subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including possible discharge from employment.
